Hi John,

I am the head strength coach and speed speicalist at the Davis Speed Center in Crystal Lake IL. I have recently started getting into some strongman training and did a local contest about a month ago. I am enjoying it greatly. I went to School in Indiana (IPFW) for two years where I played soccer for the Mastadons. Just trying to get some information on some strongman competitions if I decide to take my training to the next level.
